Solo walks
Building trust, one step at a time.
Every dog is unique, which is why all new Harbour Hounds clients begin with solo walks. This allows us to get to know your dog’s personality, routine, confidence and individual needs while building a trusting relationship at a pace that suits them.
Solo walks are also ideal for puppies, older dogs, nervous dogs or those who simply prefer one-to-one attention.
Available in 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions, every walk is tailored to your dog’s energy levels and abilities. Whether your dog enjoys a gentle stroll with plenty of sniffing opportunities or a more active walk, we’ll make sure they return home happy, relaxed and fulfilled.
Small group walks
Fun, friendship and adventure in carefully matched groups.
Once we’ve built a relationship with your dog and feel they’re ready, they may be introduced to one of our small group walks (Max 3).
We carefully match dogs based on their personality, confidence, play style and energy levels to create positive social experiences where everyone feels comfortable and safe.
Our group walks are never overcrowded, allowing us to give every dog the attention they deserve while encouraging healthy socialisation, confidence and plenty of fun along the way.
Basic training walks

Training doesn’t just happen at home, it happens every day.
Our basic training walks help reinforce good manners and build confidence in real-life environments using kind, reward-based methods.
Depending on your dog’s needs, we can work on:

These walks are ideal for puppies, adolescent dogs or owners who would like extra support with everyday training while ensuring their dog still enjoys an enriching walk.

Adventure walks
Because every walk should be an adventure.
Our adventure walks are perfect for dogs who love to explore. From woodland trails and open countryside to beautiful beaches and scenic walking routes around North County Dublin, every adventure offers new sights, smells and experiences.
These longer outings provide excellent physical exercise while also giving your dog valuable mental stimulation through exploration, sniffing and play.
Adventure walks are ideal for active dogs who thrive on variety and love spending time outdoors.
Daycare
Unlike larger daycare facilities, Harbour Hounds is intentionally limited to just three dogs each day. This allows us to provide a calm, relaxed environment where every dog receives plenty of individual attention, affection and enrichment.
Throughout the day your dog will enjoy walks, playtime, mental stimulation, rest and lots of companionship, all while following a routine suited to their needs.
Our small-scale approach means your dog is never just another face in the crowd, they become part of the Harbour Hounds family.
Full Holiday care package
Our Holiday Care Package is designed to keep your dog’s routine as normal and enjoyable as possible while you’re away. From morning collection to their bedtime tuck-in, they’ll receive personalised care, companionship and plenty of love throughout the day.

In Home dog care
Perfect for senior dogs, anxious pets, or dogs who simply feel happiest at home. We provide loving, personalised care in your dog’s familiar surroundings, keeping their routine, comfort, and wellbeing our top priorities while you’re away.
🐾 Home Visits – Up to 3 × 1-hour visits daily for companionship, care, and reassurance.
🐾 Tailored Walks – 2–3 × 30-minute walks suited to your dog’s pace and energy level.
🐾 Feeding & Fresh Water – Meals served on schedule to keep routines consistent.
🐾 Comfort Breaks – Garden access and toilet breaks to keep your dog happy and comfortable.
🐾 Love & Attention – Plenty of cuddles, playtime, and one-to-one care from someone who genuinely cares.
A free Meet & Greet is required before booking, giving us the chance to meet your dog, learn their routine, and ensure they feel completely comfortable with us.
