Harbour Hounds Full Holiday Package Policy

Our Full Holiday Package combines the fun and enrichment of our Daycare service with the comfort and security of In-Home Pet Care. This allows your dog to enjoy an active, stimulating day before returning home each evening to relax in familiar surroundings.

By booking our Full Holiday Package, you agree to both our Daycare Policy and In-Home Pet Care Policy, together with the additional terms below.

Meet & Greet

Before your first booking, we'll arrange a free meet-and-greet at your home. This allows us to meet you and your dog, discuss their routine, collect any keys if required, and ensure we have everything needed to provide the highest standard of care.

As part of our onboarding process, all dogs must also complete pre-requisite walks & assessment to ensure they are suitable for our small daycare environment.

Daycare & Home Care

Your dog will spend the day enjoying walks, enrichment, supervised play, and rest at Harbour Hounds Daycare before returning home for evening care.

Evening visits can include:

• Feeding and fresh water.
• Medication (where agreed).
• Toilet breaks.
• Companionship and cuddles.
• Settling your dog for the evening.

We'll tailor the care to suit your dog's normal routine wherever possible.

Home Access

Safe access to your home must be arranged before your holiday begins. Any alarm codes, key safes, or special instructions should be provided during your meet-and-greet.

All keys and access information are stored securely and treated as strictly confidential.

Health & Welfare

Owners must inform Harbour Hounds of any changes to their dog's health, behaviour, or medication before the booking starts.

Dogs showing signs of contagious illness before the holiday may be unable to attend daycare to protect the health of other dogs.

Emergency Care

Should your dog become ill or require emergency veterinary treatment during your holiday, we'll make every effort to contact you immediately.

If you cannot be reached, you authorise Harbour Hounds to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf. Any veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.

Updates

We'll keep you updated throughout your holiday with messages and photos, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, safe, and enjoying their holiday too.

Booking & Cancellations

As this service involves reserving both daycare places and home visits, we recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during school holidays and peak travel periods.

Please provide as much notice as possible if your plans change. Our cancellation policy will apply where appropriate.
